As full time Financial Planner of Johan V. Coetzee Ins. Brokers, I do not directly or indirectly hold 10% of a Product Supplier’s shares or have any financial interest in a Product Supplier.
I did not receive more than 30% of my last year’s commission and remuneration from any one company.

Brokers nor any of its representatives, key individuals or staff may disclosure any confidential information acquired or obtained from a client or, subject to FAIS Section 4(1), a product supplier in regard to such client or supplier, unless the written consent of the client or product supplier, as the case may be, has been obtained beforehand or disclosure of the information is required in the public interest or under any law.
